Auditorium:
Steinbach 55 Plus offers a 4400 sq. ft auditorium for banquets, etc which comfortably seats 280 at 60" round tables with room for your serving tables and coffee station. The pastel neutral colours provide the opportunity for you to choose your colours for decorating. The auditorium seats 400 plus for a concert or conference. It features a 35 x 22 stage complete with built in sound system and audio/video twin large projection screens. The acoustics provide a great stage for concerts, drama and all your special occasions. Wing doors off both sides of the stage make this an excellent venue for drama. Liquor permits are allowed and we offer a portable bar to suit your needs.
Fireside Room:
This beautifully decorated 900 sq. ft. room seats up to 50 people at tables and features an operational electric fireplace across one corner of the room which gives this room a quiet ambience. This room is booked for workshops, seminars, birthday parties and meetings. The screen at the front of the room provides a great opportunity to include powerpoint in your presentation.
Small Meeting Room:
This room seats 12-15 people around tables making it ideal for board meetings, support group meetings and other small group meetings.
Kitchen:
Our modern kitchen offers caterers the use of a commercial double oven-10 burner range, commercial dishwasher, bunn coffee station and refrigeration space. We offer 300 place settings of white china dishes and elegant cutlery. Salt and peppers, creamers, sugars, bun baskets, coffee butlers and water jugs are available for 35 tables of 8. We have a list of local caterers and you may choose your own caterer to suit your event.
Portable Annexes:
Steinbach 55 Plus presently has two portable annexes for rent or lease:
Unit #1 is approximately 1385 sq. ft. and is divided into 2 offices, a small meeting room and an open area.
Unit #2 is approximately 1135 sq ft. of open space.
Rent either of these units by the day or month or lease by the year.
